They did a very thorough job of inspecting my daughter's car. The car had tons of issues which they documented with pictures. Unfortunately the car wasn't worth fixing. Thirs experience with these guys and they are honest and inexpensive.

When I tell you these are the nicest and most intentional people I’ve ever met it’s an understatement, they not only helped me get through some difficult car troubles but when I came back weeks later remembered me and asked about the things I told them last time it make me feel like they cared. They tell you straight up how it is and will direct you with the insight in your best interest. I would highly recommend to all, if I could give more than 5 I would.

They are always kind, professional and above all, honest!!! I would definitely recommend them for any car repair they are willing to take on. I have been to both locations, in Fletcher and in Candler, and have been equally impressed with the service, attention to detail and customer service I've received at both shops. They certainly have a customer for life, with me😊

Lisa and I have been very happy with Fletcher Automotive for the past 18 years. Great customer service!! We have never had any issues with them!! I highly recommend them for car repairs!! Fletcher Automotive is the best car repair service in Fletcher.

I’ve been going exclusively to Fletcher Automotive for 10 years. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and courteous, and always schedules my appointments around my crazy schedule. I wait for my car, and they are very prompt. I appreciate the inspection report they email me while I’m waiting. And the follow up emails to make sure I’m happy. I’ve never had to report anything wrong, always a great job for any of their services.
